I believe in a simple idea, show up for people, and the rest takes care of itself.

That means answering the question at 9pm instead of waiting until morning. It means explaining the fine print until it actually makes sense, not just handing over a stack of paperwork. It means treating your biggest financial decision with the seriousness it deserves, while making sure the process never feels cold or transactional. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough. My job is to make sure you never have to navigate it alone.
