Tracy Peltier is a community-focused Real Estate Advisor with Edina Realty, serving buyers and sellers across Minnesota since 2004. Her career spans residential sales, title services, and home warranty leadership—giving clients a rare depth of behind-the-scenes transaction expertise paired with strategic guidance.

After five years as a real estate closer with Edina Realty Title and five years as a Regional Manager with HSA Warranty, Tracy returned to full-time residential sales in 2014 with Jason Peltier. Since then, she has consistently ranked in the top 7% of Minnesota Realtors® by volume and in the top 12% within Edina Realty—built on trust, preparation, and clear communication.

While highly skilled in contracts and negotiation, Tracy believes real estate is far more than bedrooms, bathrooms, or acreage. It’s first steps across hardwood floors.
